Is it safe if my dog licks the balm?

Yes! Every NaturaPet Haven balm is handcrafted with 100% natural, lick-safe ingredients—including grass-fed beef tallow, beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, vitamin E, and calendula. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, chemical preservatives, or artificial fillers. For best results, we recommend distracting your dog with a favorite treat, meal, or belly rub for a few minutes right after application so the balm has time to absorb deeply into their pads or skin.

What is the difference between Paw Harmony Balm and Harmony Healing Balm?

Both balms share our nourishing grass-fed beef tallow base, and many pet parents keep both on hand via our Paw + Healing Duo Bundle:

Can I use these balms on cats or other pets?

Paw Harmony Balm is formulated specifically for dogs. Harmony Healing Balm is formulated for dogs and may also be used topically in small amounts on cats and other pets. As with any new topical product, always perform a small patch test first and consult your veterinarian if you are unsure or have any specific concerns.

How should I store the tins?

Store your tins in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. Because we handcraft our balms in Florida using pure grass-fed tallow and natural oils without synthetic stabilizers or hardeners, the balm may naturally soften if exposed to warm temperatures during transit or summer weather. Simply pop the closed tin in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes and it will firm right back up!
